Athletics Department purchases 500 tickets for current UH students to claim vs. Florida State in Toyota Center
HOUSTON – University of Houston students now have opportunities to claim a ticket for Saturday's Men's Basketball game vs. Florida State inside Toyota Center.
The Houston Athletics Department has purchased 500 tickets for current UH students to claim to attend Saturday's game in downtown Houston.
Students can claim a ticket by logging into their Houston Athletics Tickets student account or by clicking here while supplies last. Students are encouraged to claim their tickets early as they are expected to sell out quickly
The #8/7 Cougars face the Seminoles for the first time in more than 50 years at 7 p.m., Saturday, during the Houston Hoops Showdown. Under the leadership of Head Coach Kelvin Sampson, the Cougars have won seven of their first eight games to open the season and have been ranked among the Top 25 in the Associated Press poll for each of the last 111 weeks, the nation's longest active streak.
Senior guard Emanuel Sharp, who became the seventh student-athlete in school history to win 100+ games during his career, leads Houston with 16.4 points and 2.8 3-point field goals per game. Freshman point guard Kingston Flemings averages 15.3 points per game while hitting nearly 61.0 percent of his shots from the field while freshman center/forward Chris Cenac Jr. leads the team with 7.8 rebounds per contest.

Single-game home tickets for all games inside Fertitta Center are now on sale, and fans are encouraged to purchase quickly while supplies last. The two-time defending Big 12 Conference Champions, Houston will play host to 16 home games inside Fertitta Center with seven in non-conference play and nine in Big 12 action in 2025-26.
