Softball giving club features new giving levels, rewards for the 2026 season
HOUSTON – Houston Softball and the University of Houston Cougar Pride office jointly announced a revamped Diamond Club for the 2026 softball season that throws its first pitch in February.Â
Â
"The Diamond Club directly impacts the success of our program and is the team behind the team," Head Coach Chrissy Schoonmaker said. "By joining the Diamond Club and investing in our team and program, you assist us in providing enhanced opportunities for our student-athletes and help put us in a position to continue to compete at a high level and for championships. These resources will be used for new training equipment, facility upgrades, locker-room projects, team building sessions and directly impact the experience of our student-athletes. We are looking to build upon something special here at Houston and every donation to our program and to the Diamond Club makes an impact on our team. We thank you for your support and investment in our student-athletes and Houston Softball."
Â
Fans looking to join the Diamond Club, which provides financial support directly to the University of Houston Softball program for needs beyond the program's operating budget, can do so by clicking here. Donations made to the Diamond Club are used at the discretion of the Head Coach.
Â
The overhauled giving society features five donation levels – ranging from a single to a grand slam – each with their own benefits and perks.Â
Â
Starting at $100 annually, donors receive "single" level rewards which include a day with the team. From there, at $250 annually, givers earn both the single perk along with a car decal and a virtual social with the coaching staff.Â
Â
In the triple category, which starts at $500 annually, donors receive the bonuses from the single and double level as well as pregame scoreboard recognition and an autographed softball signed by the 2026 softball team and coaching staff.Â
Â
For $1,500+ annually, donors receive a pair of season tickets in addition to all the perks from all previous levels.Â
Â
The highest giving level, Grand Slam, starts at $3,000 annually and includes dinner with the coaching staff, gated parking for all Houston Softball home games and all benefits from lower giving levels.Â
Â
