Fertitta Center to Feature New Premium Seating Options for Men’s Basketball in 2024-25

Increased demand adds nearly 50 seats inside Fertitta Center
HOUSTON – University of Houston Men's Basketball fans have the opportunity to be closer to the action inside Fertitta Center with the addition of new premium seating for the 2024-25 season.Due to high demand, Houston Men's Basketball will be adding nearly 50 additional premium seating options inside the Fertitta Center. Twenty (20) seats will be available on the baseline near the Houston team bench and opposite the team bench.
Twenty-eight (28) seats will be available in the new Ledge Seat locations in Sections L01, L02, L04 and L05 on the Fertitta Center seating map.

ABOUT the COUGARS
Under the leadership of Head Coach Kelvin Sampson, four starters and nine letterwinners return from the 2023-24 squad, which finished #3 in both final national polls, competed in its school-record sixth straight NCAA Tournament and advanced to its fifth straight NCAA Tournament Sweet 16, the nation's second-longest active streak.
The Cougars posted a perfect 17-0 record inside Fertitta Center and enter the upcoming season with a 22-game home winning streak, the nation's longest active streak.
Graduate guard LJ Cryer led the Cougars and ranked among the Big 12 leaders with 15.5 points per game and drained 112 3-pointers to become only the eighth player in school history to reach triple-digit treys in a season. The Katy, Texas, native earned All-America Honorable Mention from the United States Basketball Writers Association.
Graduate forward J'Wan Roberts averaged 9.5 points and a team-best 6.8 rebounds per game and is poised to etch his name among Cougar greats in the Houston records book. With 118 points and 188 rebounds in 2024-25, the St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, native will become only the fourth player in school history to join the 1,000-Point/1,000- Rebound Club.

The renewal process for 2023-24 Houston Men's Basketball season-ticket holders is underway. 2023-24 season-ticket holders who want to renew their seats may call the Athletics Tickets Office at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647) or click here.
The deadline to renew Men's Basketball season tickets is July 22.
Non-season ticket holders interested in purchasing season tickets are invited to place their names on the Season Ticket Wait List by clicking here.
