TBT 2024 Roster & Bracket Revealed for Houston Alumni Team Forever Coogs

Forever Coogs, Led by Rob Gray, Fabian White Jr. and Galen Robinson Jr., to Face Austin’s Own on July 19

HOUSTON – The Basketball Tournament (TBT) – the $1 million, winner-take-all summer basketball event broadcast live on FOX Sports – will see the debut of Forever Coogs, a University of Houston alumni team. Forever Coogs will host the Houston Regional, with games at the Fertitta Center from July 19-23.

Forever Coogs, the second seed in the Houston regional, is organized by former Houston Men's Basketball Director of Operations Meshu Negga, and is coached by former Cougar Lawrence Paye. Forever Coogs' current roster includes:

Forever Coogs will play Austin's Own (Texas alumni) at 8 p.m., Friday, July 19. If Forever Coogs advances to the Second Round, they will face the winner of The Enchantment (New Mexico Alumni) and Once A Bronco (Boise State Alumni) at 6 p.m., Sunday, July 21.
The Houston Regional championship game is set for 8 p.m., Tuesday, July 23.
The winner of the Houston Regional will play the winner of the Wichita Regional in the Quarterfinals, either in Houston or Wichita, Kan., on July 29 or 30 (official game date, time, and location to be determined). The Semifinals and $1 million winner-take-all Championship Game will be Aug. 2 and Aug. 4 in Philadelphia, Pa. at the Daskalakis Athletic Center.
