Game On: Women’s Basketball Reveals 2024-25 Promotional Schedule

2024-25 schedule posters to be given away at Nov. 5 season opener vs. UTRGV inside Fertitta Center
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Women's Basketball program announced its 2024-25 promotional schedule ahead of its season opener at 7 p.m., Tuesday against UTRGV inside Fertitta Center. While some promotions run all season long, including ticket deals and weekend postgame meet & greets, most games also include giveaways or promotions of their own.
Fans should keep their eyes open for flying t-shirts throughout all home games and download the UH Pride App to earn points by checking into games all season. Fans can download the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Tuesday, Nov. 5 | UTRGV | Home Opener
Houston opens the 2024-25 campaign at 7 p.m., Tuesday, against UTRGV, where fans in attendance will receive 2024-25 schedule posters, schedule cards and buttons while supplies last.
Fans who show up with their Election Day sticker will receive free admission into the game. Fans accompanying someone with an Election Day sticker will receive a group rate price to enter the game.
Sunday, Nov. 17 | Houston Christian | Hoops For Troops
Join the Cougars in celebrating Hoops for Troops. Service members will receive free admission into the game against Houston Christian.
Fans 12 and under can enjoy a postgame meet and greet on the court
Thursday, Nov. 21 | Alcorn State | Mental Health Awareness Night
Mental health matters. Join the Cougars as they partner with CAPS and Houston Athletics Mental Health and Wellness Services to bring awareness to mental health.
Sunday, Nov. 24 | North Texas | Pediatric Cancer Awareness Day
The Cougars host North Texas for Pediatric Cancer Awareness Day, inviting fans to give back by donating towards the fight against pediatric cancer.
Fans 12 and under can enjoy a postgame meet and greet with select players on the court.
Sunday, Dec. 8 | Southeastern Louisiana | 713 Day/Coogs Give Back
There is no better way to celebrate the holidays than by giving back to those in need by donating to Houston's clothing and food drive. Fans who donate towards the drive will receive free admission into the game against Southeastern Louisiana.
Fans 12 and under can enjoy a postgame meet and greet with select players on the court.
Tuesday, Dec. 17 | Mississippi Valley State | Education Day
Join the Cougars in welcoming students from the greater Houston area for Education Day. This event provides an opportunity for students to take an educational trip to the University of Houston and to live a college gameday experience.
Wednesday, Jan. 1 | Kansas State | Big 12 Home Opener/New Years Coogs
Ring in the New Year as Houston welcomes Kansas State for its Big 12 home opener. Fans will also receive 2025 glasses, buttons and schedule cards while supplies last.
Saturday, Jan. 4 | Arizona State | First Responders Day
Join the Cougars as they recognize First Responders against Arizona State. First Responders in attendance will receive free admission into Saturday's game.
Tuesday, Jan. 14 | Oklahoma State | RED OUT
Join the Cougars for the RED OUT game on Jan. 14 against Oklahoma State. Fans in attendance will receive Red Rally towels while supplies last.
Wednesday, Jan. 22 | Texas Tech | Student Organization Night
Welcome back, students! Support Houston Women's Basketball as it takes on Texas Tech on Wednesday, Jan. 22. Take part in the student org attendance challenge, and win a prize for your organization. Students in attendance will also receive free food while supplies last, and select students will be chosen for on-court games.

Celebrate your college days and help your Cougars BLACK OUT Fertitta Center as they welcome Kansas on Saturday, Jan. 25. Fans in attendance will receive black t-shirts while supplies last.

Celebrate Black History Month with the Cougars and reflect on what this important month means to Houston Women's Basketball.

Join Houston as it welcomes Arizona on Saturday, Feb. 22, for its annual Play4Kay game. Fans in attendance will receive free pink t-shirts and buttons while supplies last.

Play4Kay is celebrated in honor of Coach Sandra Kay Yow, who was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 1987. Coach Yow passed away in 2009, after a 22-year, on-again, off-again battle with the disease.

The Cougars will honor their senior class with a special pregame ceremony before the regular season finale at 2 p.m., against UCF.
Fans 12 and under can enjoy a postgame meet and greet with the entire Houston Women's Basketball team.
