Georgiades to Train with USA Collegiate National Team

Players on the Collegiate National Team, selected by the U.S. Women's National Team staff and National Team Development Program (NTDP), will work with top volleyball coaches at USAV's Anaheim training center. Athletes will receive evaluations, feedback and individual development plans.
Along with the WNT Open Program and the WNT Spring Training Camp, the WCNT is an opportunity for the U.S. Women's National Team (WNT) coaching staff to observe and evaluate the NCAA athletes with the highest potential. Several former WCNT members are now on the WNT, including 2020 Olympic gold medalists Michelle Bartsch-Hackley, Annie Drews, Chiaka Ogbogu, Kelsey Robinson and Jordan Thompson.
Georgiades ranked second nationally this year in total digs (663) and ninth nationally in digs/set (5.39) on her way to VolleyballMag.com All-American honorable mention honors, AVCA All-Region honors, The American Libero of the Year honors and all-conference first-team honors. Georgiades ranks fourth all-time in UH history for digs/set (5.39) and fifth for digs (663) in a season, posted the third-most digs (41) in a match in UH history (9/24) and set the school record for digs in a four-set match at SMU with 36 digs (11/21).
Fellow Cougar, Abbie Jackson was invited as an alternate.
