Houston seeks first win at New Mexico on Saturday

HOUSTON – The University of Houston women's basketball team seeks its first win of 2022-23 as it heads to Albuquerque, N.M., to take on New Mexico on Saturday in the 10th all-time meeting.

Newcomers Avalon Miller, De'Myla Brown and Logyn McNeil made their Cougar debuts.

Blair finished eighth in the league in scoring in 2021-22 (13.3 ppg).
Graduate Tatyana Hill finished seventh in the league in rebounding in 2021-22 (7.3 rpg).
