Houston Set for Weekend Action at Texas A&M Invitational

Cougars head to College Station for stiff weekend competition
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Track & Field program will return to action April 9-10 in College Station for the Texas A&M Team Invitational.
Meet action at E.B. Cushing Stadium is set to begin at 12:10 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday. Meet information can be accessed by clicking HERE. Live results can be found HERE.
The Houston women enter the meet ranked No. 21 in the lastest USTFCCCA Poll, while the men sit at No. 11.
The Cougars look to secure more NCAA qualifying times and marks this weekend when the squad heads to College Station. The meet will include three ranked teams on the women's side and three on the men's side as the Cougars are set to face off with some of the best teams in the region. The teams scheduled to be in attendance are Texas A&M, Arkansas, Arizona State, Houston Baptist, McNeese, Northwestern State, Prairie View A&M, Rice, Sam Houston State, SMU, TCU, UTSA and Texas Southern.
HOUSTON ATTENDANCE POLICY
Limited tickets for Houston Track & Field will now be sold on a single-game, general admission basis while supplies last. Fans are encouraged to act quickly and purchase advanced single-game tickets prior to their arrival on campus due to limited availability.
All facilities and related spring sporting events will operate at 25 percent capacity of available seating throughout the remainder of the 2021 season.
For fans wishing to attend any of these home events this spring, an exclusive pre-sale ticket offer will be made available to existing season ticket holders and donors prior to the general public on-sale which begins on Monday, March 15 at 9 a.m. CT.
Fans are encouraged to visit UHCougars.com/tickets to purchase available single-game tickets while supplies last.
