Homecoming set for Oct. 23 vs. ECU
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Athletics Department on Tuesday announced its gameday themes for the 2021 football season.

2021 HOUSTON FOOTBALL GAME THEMES
Sept. 18 vs. Grambling - Celebration of 75 Years of Houston Athletics
- In honor of 75 Years of Houston Athletics, join us as we celebrate the biggest moments and athletes from our program' history including recognition of the 2021 Hall of Honor class.
Sept. 25 vs. Navy - Family Weekend and Salute to Military and First Responders
- Houston welcomes families of students back to campus; a day of recognition and gratitude for those who have served.
Oct. 23 vs. ECU - Homecoming
- A tradition that dates back to 1946, the Cougars will host ECU for the 76th homecoming game.
Oct. 30 vs. SMU - Halloween
- Celebrate Halloween as the Cougars host SMU in a pivotal conference game.
Nov. 19 vs. Memphis - Senior Day and Fan Appreciation Day
- The football program will recognize its senior class for the final home game of the 2021 season.
More details surrounding Family Weekend and Homecoming activities will be released at later dates as they are finalized.
2021 TICKET INFORMATION
Season tickets for the 2021 Houston Football season start as low as $100 for six games including the Sept. 4 Texas Kickoff against Texas Tech at NRG Stadium.
Houston fans should act fast to lock in current pricing during the renewal period that runs through April 15 and to qualify for exclusive renewal giveaways. A full list of renewal prizes and deadlines to enter can be found here. Fans can renew their tickets at UHCougars.com/renew.
