Houston Soccer Joins Fight Against Pediatric Cancer

Cougars partner with Vs. Cancer to raise money for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation
HOUSTON –The University of Houston Soccer program is proud to partner with Vs. Cancer to help bring awareness and raise funding for lifesaving pediatric brain tumor research.
Four percent of federal research funding is solely dedicated to childhood cancers. By taking part in the 4-Mile Challenge, the team will bring awareness to pediatric brain tumors and help fund critical financial support programs. The team has a fundraising goal of $3,000 and fundraising runs from Sept. 25-Oct. 16.
