Houston Announces Conference Pairings

Cougars to play eight conference games inside the Fertitta Center during 2020-21 season
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Women's Basketball team in conjunction with The American Athletic Conference announced its conference pairings for the 2020-21 season, highlighted by eight home contests inside the Fertitta Center.
The Cougars will face Cincinnati and Tulsa in home only matchups during the upcoming season, while squaring off with ECU, Memphis, USF, SMU, Tulane and Wichita State both on the road and at home.
Last season, the Cougars walked away with conference victories over Memphis, ECU, Wichita State and SMU on their home court, compiling a 9-5 home record in its first full season of play inside the Fertitta Center.
The Cougars will make trips to UCF and Temple for away only matchups during the 2020-21 season, after falling to both the Owls and Knights during their 2019-20 campaign.
