
Houston Soccer Announces Spring Schedule

Cougar schedule features three home matches
HOUSTON – Houston Soccer will be back in action this spring with a five-date schedule, highlighted by three contests at the Carl Lewis Complex.

Therefore we are spending lots of time and energy on truly becoming a player led team." said Bocanegra. "This spring schedule allows us to challenge our leaders by giving them looks at different teams with different styles of play, all within our local region. I am excited to see the players put their skills into practice against outside competition."
ON THE CALENDAR
The spring slate includes opponents from the Southland Conference, Southwestern Atlantic Conference and Conference USA. All matches at the Carl Lewis Complex are free of charge and open to the public.
Houston will kick off its spring slate at Houston Baptist University on March 4 to take on the Huskies at 8 p.m. CT.
Houston returns home to the Carl Lewis Complex for a set of matches where it is set to first face Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on March 21 at 1 p.m. CT, followed by Stephen F. Austin on March 28 at 2 p.m. CT.
Heading into April, the Cougars will head cross-town to take on Texas Southern on April 11 at 5 p.m. CT.
Following the matchup with the Tigers, Houston will return home and wrap spring action on April 18 at 3 p.m. CT when it takes on UTSA.
