Harm Named The American Co-Player of the Week

Senior All-American collects second weekly award after earning third individual title of her career
HOUSTON – For the second time in 2018-19, University of Houston senior All-American Leonie Harm was honored as the American Athletic Conference Co-Player of the Week following her performance at the Clover Cup.
Harm, who moved up to No. 9 in the latest Golfstat individual national rankings, posted a score of 2-under 214 on the 6,184-yard course at Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, Ariz., to finish in a four-way tie for medalist honors.
It was the third title of her outstanding career and her second individual crown in 2018-19.
After opening with a 71, the Gerlingen, Germany, native closed the event with a 4-under 68 as the Cougars posted their low round of the tournament and surged into second place.
Harm shared the award with SMU's Brigitte Dunne.
UP NEXT
Harm and the Coogs return to action when they tee off at the MountainView Collegiate, beginning Friday at The Preserve at Saddlebrooke in Tucson, Ariz.
From there, Houston closes out its regular season at the Bruzzy Challenge, scheduled for April 1-2 at Lantana Golf Club in Dallas.
