Houston Basketball to Host Fan Fest on Saturday

Houston Women face Temple at 2 p.m., in Fertitta Center, Fan Fest begins at 4 p.m., in Football IPF, Houston Men host Wichita State at 7 p.m.
HOUSTON – Saturday will be a busy day around the Fertitta Center, and all University of Houston Basketball fans are invited to join the fun at Fan Fest.
For the second time in a week, Houston Basketball will host an American Athletic Conference doubleheader with the Women's team meeting Temple at 2 p.m., and the No. 17/15 Men's team facing Wichita State at 7 p.m., both inside the Fertitta Center.
With the conclusion of the Women's game, fans are invited to Fan Fest beginning at 4 p.m., in the Houston Football Indoor Practice Facility, located next to TDECU Stadium. There, fans will enjoy interactive games and activities, music, autographs, concessions and more until 6 p.m.. Admission is FREE to Fan Fest, and ALL Houston fans are invited.
University of Houston students can show their current ID for free food at the Student Tailgate Party.
Under the leadership of 2018 American Athletic Conference Coach of the Year Kelvin Sampson, the Men's team has jumped out to a 15-1 start, becoming only the second team in school history to win its first 15 games with three sellouts in eight home games inside the $60-million Fertitta Center.
The Women's team, under fifth-year Head Coach Ron Hughey, has won three of its last four games, including a 72-61 road victory at American Athletic Conference rival SMU on Wednesday night in Dallas.

Mini-plans start at only $40, while single-game tickets begin for as low as $12 for non-conference games and $10 for The American contests.
