HOUSTON Ã¢â‚¬" In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday, the #HTownTakeover visited its neighbor on the University of Houston campus, the UH Charter School, to celebrate Read Across America Day on Friday, March 2.

Houston head coach Major Applewhite was joined by student-athletes Garrett Davis, Grant Stuard, David Anenih, Kevrin Justice, Roman Brown, Terry Mark, Payton Haslam and Shane Creamer.

After Coach Applewhite read The Cat in the Hat to the entire UH Charter School, student-athletes broke into respective classrooms to read Dr. Seuss books to grades Kindergarten through fifth grade.
