Fans can watch the Live Show on YouTube or on Facebook.
Gray, who finished as the 2017 American Athletic Conference scoring champion with 20.6 points per game a year ago, will join the Live Show at 8:02 a.m., Monday.
Sampson will join the Live Show at 9:05 a.m. (CDT) and returns for a Coaches Roundtable at 9:25 a.m. (CDT). For the Roundtable, he will join Wichita State Coach Gregg Marshall, UConn Coach Kevin Ollie, Memphis Coach Tubby Smith and UConn Women's Coach Geno Auriemma, representing all the American Athletic Conference coaches who have led teams to the NCAA Final Four.
In addition to the Live Show, Sampson, Gray, VanBeck and Davis will speak with a variety of national, regional and local media members throughout the day, previewing the Cougars and the 2017-18 season.
Rob Gray
In 2016-17, Gray led the Cougars and the American Athletic Conference with 20.6 points per game, becoming Houston's eighth conference scoring champion in school history and the first since Aubrey Coleman led the nation in 2010.
The Forest City, N.C., native was named to the All-American Athletic Conference First Team and was selected to the USBWA All-District VII Team and the NABC All-District 25 Second Team.
Gray was named to the Gulf Coast Showcase All-Tournament Team after leading Houston to its first regular-season tournament title since 1991 and was a two-time American Athletic Conference Player of the Week selection.
Gray became the 46th player in school history to score more than 1,000 points during his Cougar career and was the 12th-fastest player to reach that milestone.
Wes VanBeck
VanBeck enters the 2017-18 season as the Cougars' lone three-year letterman. A year ago, he posted 7.5 points per game to rank fourth on the team and led the Cougars with a .484 3-point field goal percentage.
VanBeck totaled a career-high 16 points in a win over American Athletic Conference rival Tulsa and drained a career-high-tying four 3-pointers in a win against George Mason during the first day of the Gulf Coast Showcase.
Devin Davis
Competing in his first season at Houston a year ago, Davis battled hand and foot injuries, which forced him to miss about half the season.
Despite that, Davis finished second on the team with 5.3 rebounds per game and added 8.3 points per contest to rank third on the team. He posted career highs with 19 points and 12 rebounds in his Houston debut against Morgan State and was a two-time member of the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll.
