Overnight campers will reside in on-campus dorms at Cougar Village. There will be two campers to each room and a request can be made for a roommate if a friend is attending as well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided for overnight campers, while lunch and dinner will be provided for commuters included in the cost of camp.

Each session challenges campers through topics such as shot stopping and handling, importance of footwork and distribution.
The camp is open for boys and girls ages 11-18 and is divided into three levels. Level one is designed for players just starting their goalkeeper careers who have received little training. Level two is structured for the premier-level and high school goalkeeper who has received significant goalkeeping training, while level three will be for the college-bound goalkeeper or high school aged goalkeeper with aspirations to play in college.
