Issac Williams Named Conference Athlete of the Week

HOUSTON - After a top-notch performance at the Mt. SAC Relays, sophomore Issac Williams was selected as the American Athletic Conference Male Track Athlete of the Week.
He placed third in the men's 110m hurdles invitational with a personal best time of 13.44, wind-assisted (+2.9). Williams ran against the world's best athletes including only six collegians. His time is now the fourth best wind-assisted time in the world.
Williams now has the top mark in the conference, sits third in the region and fourth in the nation.
COMING UP
Williams and his teammates head to the prestigious Penn Relay Carnival at Franklin Field in Philadelphia, Pa., this weekend.
