 In their first season as a collegiate program, the Cougars finished 11-8-0 overall and 8-3-0 in conference play. After a frustrating start, Houston recorded their first-ever win in school history at No. 23 Marquette. The Cougars defeated the Golden Eagles 2-1. The team went on to win eight straight - seven against Conference USA members. The Cougars took an early leave from the postseason tournament with a 3-0 loss to Cincinnati. Goalkeeper Michaell Denomme' and teammate Fleceia Comeaux were named to the All-Conference USA Second- and Third-Team, respectively. Denomme' was also named Conference USA Defensive Player of the Week for two straight weeks. This first-year team proved to everyone that winning involves a lot more than just the age of your program. |

 The 2010 season marked the best season in program history and the biggest turnaround in the league. Under the direction of head coach>Susan Bush, the 2010 C-USA Coach of the Year, the Cougars went from 4-12-2 record in 2009 to a program-record 12-5-4 season. Houston advanced to the semifinals of the Conference USA Championship after shutting Marshall out, 3-0. The win against the Thundering Herd was the first Conference USA Championship win in 11 years. The Cougars had four student-athletes named to All-Conference USA teams. Senior> Lauri Byrne and sophomore> Katelyn Rhodes were named to the First-Team, while freshmen Danielle Munoz and>Cami Koski were Second-Team selections. Koski and Munoz, along with Jasmine Martinez were also named to the All-Freshman Team, the most selected in program history. |

 In their final season in Conference USA and in Robertson Stadium, the Cougars finished the season 7-9-3 overall and 3-5-3 in conference play. This was the first season Houston made the postseason since 2010. In September, the Cougars shutout Arizona State, 1-0, off a penalty kick in the 87th minute. This meeting marked the first face off between the two teams and the first time the Cougars have faced a PAC-12 team. Goalkeeper>Cami Koski, a Second Team All-Conference USA selection, led the Cougars to seven regular-season wins with four shutouts. She posted her 15th shutout of her career against UTEP on Oct. 21, the most in program history. |
