Track Set To Compete At Texas Relays

HOUSTON - The University of Houston track and field teams are set to compete at the 85th annual Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, hosted by the University of Texas at Mike A. Myers Stadium. The meet will be held Wednesday, March 28 through Saturday, March 31.
200 university and college teams, with entries adding up to 2,212 student-athletes will be competing this week. In addition, 136 invitational athletes and 4,179 high school athletes will be in competition.
The meet will open with the multi-event athletes, as the men's decathlon and women's heptathlon will begin competition on Wednesday.

TICKETS
For those wishing to attend, tickets to the event are free of charge on Wednesday and Thursday. For reserved (lower east stadium) seating on Friday and Saturday tickets run $15 each and for general admission they are $10 each. An all-session pass is available for $30 for reserved seating and $20 for general admission. TELEVISION SCHEDULE
The Texas Relays will be televised by the Longhorn Network. They will air coverage from Wednesday's action from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. Thursday's event coverage will be shown from 7-9 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. Friday's events from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. will be live on the Longhorn Network with additional coverage from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. and 1-2 a.m. On Saturday the channel will show coverage from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
