2011 Football Season Ticket Renewals Begin

After posting the nation's largest increase in season ticket sales in 2010, the University of Houston Ticket Office is launching its renewal period for the 2011 season. For the next two months, fans will have the opportunity to lock in their seat locations from a year ago and make requests for additional tickets. The deadline for renewal is May 13.
15+ PRIZES IN 15 DAYS: Houston Athletics will give away 15+ prizes over the course of 15 days for our 2010 football season ticket holders who renew online or in person! If you renew online using E-Check or renew in person at the Houston Athletics Ticket Office with a check, you will be entered to win that day's prize and all remaining drawings. All individuals who renew online or in person with credit card, debit card, check or E-Check will be eligible for all Grand Prize Friday drawings.
Some of the fabulous prizes include two airline tickets, an autographed football by the 2011 squad, two sideline passes for pre-game warm ups, a round of golf with assistant coaches, two tickets to the Athletic Director's suite for a game, a chance to ride the team bus to a game, and so much more.
FIVE REASONS TO RENEW
1. See sixth-year quarterback Case Keenum chase NCAA records for total passing yards, total offense and touchdowns thrown.
2. Come watch an explosive offense which has ranked in the NCAA top 15 in the each of the past three seasons, including the nation's No. 1 ranked offense in 2009.
3. Help surpass the 2010 attendance numbers, which ranked as the best in Cougar history since the 1981 season.
4. The Cougars have posted an astounding home record of 14-3 over the past three years.
5. Help lead the Houston Cougars to their 21st bowl game!
PAYMENT PLAN: An added feature for 2011, the UH Athletic Ticket Office will offer a bill plan payment option through credit card or echeck. The initial payment will be due to the customer at the time of renewal with the two additional payments slotted for June 5 and July 5.
SEAT `EM UP DRIVE PART II: Last season the volunteers involved in the Seat 'Em Up Drive helped create 2,200 new season tickets and UH to become the largest growing fan base in FBS football. With so much success, the group is back for another round of recruiting Cougar fans. TICKET PRICES: Ticket prices for the 2011 season have been set and once again offer Cougar fans a variety of price points and options to fit every budget. Back by popular demand are programs such as the Recent Grad plan which offers discounted prices to former UH students who graduated within the past three years from the main campus (May 2009-May 2011). Also the Family Fun Plan includes two adult and two youth tickets to all six home games, with the option to purchase additional youth season tickets at $75. %Recent Grad discount is for graduates within last 3 years from UH Main Campus. Any graduate from May 2009-May 2011 is eligible. Seating for the Recent Grad price is in Section 220. The Priority East area of Section 220 requires a minimum donation of $250 per every 4 seats. Cougar Pride also has a Recent Grad donation program. **Corporate Champions season tickets will be placed in reserved seats in 200, 201, 207, 208 on west side, 220-224 on the east side. Each section listed is based upon availability.
