HOUSTON - The University of Houston women's basketball team returns to the road Sunday, when it takes on SMU in Dallas. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. at Moody Coliseum.
The Cougars opened Conference USA play on Thursday with a bang, cruising past Tulsa by a score of 78-48 at Hofheinz Pavilion. Taylor leads C-USA and ranks seventh nationally with 11.4 rebounds per game, while registering eight double-doubles in 11 games played.
Brittney Scott led Houston in scoring for the fifth-straight game with 17 points, while also pulling down a career-high nine boards against the Golden Hurricane.
