Track and Field Day Camp Takes Place August 7

HOUSTON - The University of Houston track and field coaching staff will host a track and field camp from 8 a.m. - noon on Saturday August 7. The camp will take place at the Carl Lewis Track and Field Complex and costs $45.
The session will help instruct athletes from the ages between fourth and 12th grade in the intricacies of the sport. Instruction will focus on sprints/hurdles, pole vault, high jump long and triple jump, distance and cross country running, throwing events and middle distance. The campers will also all receive a t-shirt commemorating their experience at UH.
