HOUSTON - From live television broadcasts to live online video to live statistics to Twitter, CBS College Sports, Houston and Rice are teaming up to provide fans of both teams compelling, in-depth and interactive coverage of this weekend's baseball series at Cougar Field. For those unable to attend one or more games of this three-game series between of elite teams in Conference USA, we have covered all of the bases for you!
A lot will be on the line this weekend, as Rice (29-10, 11-4 C-USA) is currently ranked as high as No. 2 in the nation and stands alone atop the Conference USA standings in its aim to win a fourth consecutive regular-season C-USA crown. Houston (21-23, 10-5) - last year's C-USA tournament champion - trails the Owls by just one game in the conference standings. Additionally, the Silver Glove Trophy will be awarded to the winner of the season series, in which the Owls currently hold a 2-0 lead. The teams will match up at 6 p.m. CT on both Friday and Saturday, as well as at 1 p.m. CT on Sunday. Fans will have a multitude of ways, detailed below, to not only follow the action, but interact as well.
Television: CBS College Sports Network's weekend programming includes a comprehensive slate of NCAA action, including the first two games of the UH-Rice series. Former Houston Astros infielder Morgan Ensberg debuts on CBS College Sports Network and teams up with play-by-play announcer Carter Blackburn to announce Friday's and Saturday's games. CBS College Sports Network is channel 106 on Comcast cable in the Houston area and is available through local cable operators all over the country, as well as nationally via satellite on DIRECTV channel 613 and Dish Network channel 152. Live Online Video: All three games will feature online video streaming available live and on-demand around the world. The CBSC broadcast of the first two games will be available for free to current annual subscribers to Cougars All-Access, while others can access on a pay-per-view basis for $7.95 per game. The video stream of Sunday's game will be accessible to all annual and monthly subscribers to Cougars All-Access.

Radio/Live Online Audio: Both Houston and Rice will have audio coverage of all three games, and those streams will be available online. Jeremy Branham and Pat Cauley will describe the action for the Cougars, while J.P. Heath has the call for the Rice broadcast on KTRU (91.7 FM).
