Elite Position/Individual Camp
June 8-10
Position Camp is designed for players with a basketball background with aspirations to play at the next level. It features instruction specific to post and perimeter play. This camp focuses on the basketball fundamentals and basic skills. Campers will play 3 on 3 and 5 on 5; as well as learn the basics in strength training, conditioning, and nutrition. Meals will be included. It is an intense instructional camp which helps prepare top players for the college level game. Elite campers will learn fundamental skills at their particular positions. Camp space will be limited
For girls entering grades 6-12
Overnight Cost: $140

Team Camp
June 12-14
Houston Women's Basketball team camps features high school and AAU teams from across the Surrounding Houston area. Each of the games will be played in air-conditioned gyms with referees on every court. There will be a guaranteed 5 games.
For Girls playing 14U+ AAU and high school (F, JV, V)
Cost: Teams will be charged $250 (any team above 8 players will be charged an additional $35 a player)
- Teams must be accompanied by a coach who assumes all responsibility for supervision

Fundamental Camp
Aug. 3-5
The camp also focuses on perimeter ball handling, defense, and post play. Campers will learn what it takes to become a better basketball player, as the Lady Cougar coaches will cover all the basic fundamental of basketball. It will also cover shooting, shooting and more shooting!!! Campers will learn the basics of good shooting, with a breakdown of specific skills in the perimeter and post positions. Campers will learn what it takes to be a good shooter, as the Lady Cougar coaches will cover such topics as shot selection, moving without the ball to setup for a shot and reading defenses.
