Houston, Texas - The University of Houston men's basketball team will sign autographs for Cougar fans following Saturday night's game against Marshall that tips off at 7:00 p.m. in Hofheinz Pavilion.
Houston enters the game with an 11-6 overall record this season and is 2-3 in the Conference USA standings following last Wednesday night's 82-57 victory at Tulane.
Oliver Lafayette led the Cougars with 19 points, while Brian Latham scored a season-high 18 points and handed out six assists against the Green Wave.
Marshall enters the game coming off a 58-52 upset win over Ninth-Ranked West Virginia in Charleston, W.Va., in a battle for state bragging rights and snapping West Virginia's 12-game winning streak.
Mark Patton had 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Thundering Herd, who held the Mountaineers to a season-low in points and beat West Virginia for the second straight year.
Following the game, Cougar players will be available for autographs on the concourse level in front of the Holman Street entrance of Hofheinz Pavilion.
Saturday night's game begins a two-game homestand for the Cougars, who also play host to UTEP in a nationally-televised game on Wednesday, February 1, at 7:00 p.m.
