Lady Cougars invite fans to basketball banquet

HOUSTON - The University of Houston women's basketball team invites all fans to the Lady Cougar Basketball Banquet on May 4, at 2:30 p.m., at Irma's Southwest Grill located at 1314 Texas Ave. at Austin St. The banquet will be held immediately following a proclamation by Bill White, Mayor of Houston at 1:30 p.m. at City Hall. White will be declaring May 4, as "Lady Cougar Day" in the City of Houston.
Join the Lady Cougar basketball team as they receive awards for both the Conference USA Championship and the NCAA Tournament. The cost of the banquet is $15 per person, which serves as a donation to offset the cost of the banquet. Please RSVP by April 27.
