Women's basketball plans season kickoff celebration

HOUSTON. Texas - Join the Lady Cougars as they kick off the 2003-04 season with their opening practice of the year on October 18 at the Athletic Alumni Center on the University of Houston campus from 5 -5:30 p.m.

Watch the Cougars showcase their talent in their first practice as they make their run at the NCAA Tournament.

After practice, join the team for hotdogs and a tailgate party at Robertson stadium to celebrate the beginning of their season and in support of the Cougar football team as they take on the Memphis Tigers at 7 p.m.
