Titus Lawrence joined the Houston Athletics Cougar Pride development department in February 2025 and serves as Director of Development helping fundraise for Houston Athletics with a major emphasis on fundraising for the Houston Baseball team.

Prior to joining Cougar Pride, he broke into the collegiate landscape at Oregon in Service and Retention within the Ducks' Learfield property generating new revenue by actively prospecting new business leads and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. In addition, he provided customer service to prospects and current season ticket holders and Duck Athletic Fund members while maintaining a book of over 2,000 Prospects and 3 million dollars in revenue.

He began his career in professional sports as an inside sales rep for the Cleveland Cavaliers making 100+ outbound cold calls daily to generate corporate and Business to Consumer sales selling $300k in premium products, in full season, half season and group nights.

Titus is a native of Hampton, Virginia and a former collegiate athlete at Great Lakes Christian College, where he served as captain of the basketball team for two years. His passion for sports and leadership has taken him from the court to the professional side of athletics and college Athletics.
