HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Rock Hill High School in Prosper, Texas where her team was Regional Champions and State Runner-Ups. As a member of the Blue Hawks, Kerkman holds records in the 50,100 and 200-meter free, as well as 200-meter and 400-meter relay record holder. At the State Championships, she placed in the 50-meter freestyle, and competed in the 100-meter freestyle, 200-meter relay and 400-meter relay. In addition, Kerkman earned MVP, Scholastic All-American and NISCA Academic All-American honors.
