Bio
GRADUATE (2023)
- Broke the school record and American Athletic Conference record in the shot put at the American Indoor Championships, 17.46 meters.
- Won the shot put at both the indoor and outdoor American Championships.
- Became a two-time All-American in the shot put at the NCAA Indoor Championships.
- Qualified for her second consecutive NCAA Indoor Championships.
- Qualified for her second consecutive NCAA West Preliminary Round in the shot put.
SENIOR (2021-22)
INDOOR
In the Red Raider Open a personal best was achieved in the Weight Throw of 18.03m which placed fifth overall…Appeared in 13 competitions with the Cougars consisting of Shot Put and Weight Throw.
OUTDOOR
Competed in four separate events: Shot Put, Discus, Hammer, and Javelin; also made three personal best this season. Started the season throwing 42.84m(140’7) in Discus but ended with a personal best of 50.39m(165’4) at The American Outdoor Track & Field Championship…Started the Hammer season off strong with a personal best at the Houston Alumni Invitational with a throw of 54.98m(180’4) which was good for fifth overall…Started her collegiate career in Javelin at Tom Tellez Invitational throwing 27.25(89’5) placing third overall.
JUNIOR (2020-21)
INDOOR
Competing in five Shot Put events with the Cougars. Personal second best throw of 14.16m(46’5.5) at the H-Town SpeedCity Series III, placing sixth overall.
OUTDOOR
Competed in three separate events including Shot Put, Discus, and Shot Put. At The American Outdoor Track & Field Championships made a personal best in Shot Put of 17.11m(56’1.75).
AT COFFEYVILLE
Turned in a trio of top-five finishes at the 2019 NJCAA Region IV Outdoor Championships with third-place finishes in the Shotput and Discus Throw, taking fifth-place in the Hammer Throw... finished third at the 2020 NJCAA Region IV Indoor Championships in the Shotput... earned a fifth-place finish int he Shotput at the 2020 NJCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships...two-time NJCAA All-American... silver medalist at the XVI Pacific Games
