Junior (2020): Named to The American Preseason Team (P) ... ranked seventh in The American in ERA (1.59) ...  had a 2-0 record with a 1.59 ERA in four starts ... recorded 17 strikeouts and nine walks across 22.2 innings pitched ... threw 6.0 innings to earn the win against Texas State (Feb. 29), allowing one run on five hits, while striking out five ... earned second win of the year at Arizona, gave us one run on eight hits and picked up two strikeouts in 5.2 innings pitched.Â
Sophomore (2019): The American Athletic Conference First Team (P)… Don Sanders Cup All-Series Team… posted a 6-4 record with a 3.06 ERA across 16 appearances with 13 starts… recorded 73 strikeouts to 23 walks across 67.2 innings pitched… held opponents to a .244 batting average… co-led The American in pickoffs (4)… started season as the midweek starter before moving into Saturday role… picked up conference wins at Wichita State (April 13), vs. Cincinnati (April 19) and at USF (April 27)… also recorded wins in starts vs. Sam Houston State (March 26), and vs. UNLV (May 5) as well as out of the bullpen vs. UTSA (March 12)… recorded career-high nine strikeouts vs. No. 11 ECU (April 6)… part of pitching staff that led The American in ERA (3.82) and opponent batting average (.238).
Freshman: Posted a 1.23 ERA across five appearances with one start... recorded 17 strikeouts to four walks across 14.2 innings pitched... held opponents to a .149 batting average... made collegiate debut with 2.1 innings pitched at McNeese (March 13)... also logged relief appearances with 2.2 innings vs. Columbia (March 18), 3.1 innings at Rice (March 27) and 2.0 innings at Cincinnati (March 31)... recorded first collegiate start with 4.1 innings pitched vs. Prairie View A&M (March 21).
