Two Divers Qualify for NCAA Championships on Day Two of Zone D Championships

Woloszyn, McLeod punch ticket in the 3-meter
COLLEGE STATION, Texas. – University of Houston Diving standouts Maisy Woloszyn and Michelle McLeod punched their tickets to the NCAA Championships inside the Rec Center Natatorium at Texas A&M on Tuesday.Â

Freshman Maisy Woloszyn qualified for her first NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships following competition on the 3-meter with a final score of 613.95.Â

Junior Michelle McLeod qualified in the 3-meter event for the second consecutive year finishing the day with a final score of 600.70. McLeod punched her ticket to the 1-meter Championships on Monday.

Sophomore Caroline Roelen also competed in the in the Zone D Championships finishing 12th overall, scoring 300.60 points.

McLeod and Roelen will finish out competition in the platform event starting at noon on Wednesday. The event will be streamed on ESPN+ and live results can be found here.Â
