Cougar Pride, Women’s Basketball Launches Full Court Press

HOUSTON – Cougar Pride and Houston Women's Basketball announced the launch of its revamped sport-specific annual fund, Full Court Press, aimed at enhancing resources and support for the program's continued growth and success on Thursday.

"Launching Full Court Press is important because championship programs are built with people who understand our vision and are willing to invest in it," Houston Women's Basketball Head Coach Matthew Mitchell said. "It's more than support; it's about a partnership. You're joining a movement that elevates our program every single day, through honesty, hard work, discipline and relentless energy. This is how we will grow and win."

Gifts to Full Court Press provide financial support not included in the team's operating budget. Members at different giving levels can enjoy special access through exclusive events with the team and coaching staff, gameday experiences, and official Houston x Jordan Brand gear.

Membership costs vary by level, beginning with Fast Break for women's basketball alumni only ($250), Cougar Red ($500), Center Court ($1,500), Clutch City ($2,500), Cougar Legacy ($5,000) and the business-specific Cougar Executive Circle ($10,000).

"We are excited to announce the Full Court Press as it will serve as the foundation for support of Houston Women's Basketball," Senior Associate AD for Development/Executive Director of Development Alvin Franklin said. "Members will have exclusive access to the program and provide the financial resources needed to make Houston Women's Basketball a national contender."

SEASON TICKETS ON SALE NOW
Season tickets and renewals for the 2025-26 Houston Women's Basketball campaign are on sale now. To purchase, click here or contact the University of Houston Ticket Office during regular business office hours at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647).

Seating inside the Fertitta Center for all Houston Women's Basketball games will be reserved starting at $100. Season ticket holders can also add a season-long parking pass inside the Stadium Garage for $75.

Fans who opt for floor, loge and club seats will have access to amenities in the Sideline Club, such as complimentary popcorn and soft drinks. A concession stand and cash bar will also be located for fans in the Sideline Club.
