McGinnis extends hit streak to 13 games, sprays two doubles
HOUSTON – University of Houston fell to Texas Tech, 11-1, on Sunday at Don Sanders Field at Darryl and Lori Schroeder Park.

Texas Tech (6-11, 3-0 Big 12) scored in five different innings including three runs in the first, two in the sixth and four in the eighth to push the Red Raiders' advantage to 10 runs.
Houston (11-7, 0-3 Big 12) scored its lone run in the third inning when second baseman Connor McGinnis lined his second double of the day off the right field wall to bring in center fielder Tre Broussard. Broussard finished the day with a pair of hits.
