Season Tickets, Renewals Underway on Thursday, Feb. 27

Season tickets available for as low as $150 as Cougars host six games this fall
HOUSTON – University of Houston Football season tickets go on sale for the 2025 season at 10 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 27. For as low as $150, fans can get in on the excitement of Year 2 of the Head Coach Willie Fritz era with pivotal matchups against Stephen F. Austin, Colorado, Texas Tech, Arizona, West Virginia and TCU.
At 10 a.m., Thursday, returning season ticket holders will also be able to renew their seats. The first 500 fans to renew will be invited to a VIP breakfast in the Athletics/Alumni Center on Saturday, April 19 (maximum two attendees from each account) prior to the Red-White Spring Game, which will take place at 10 a.m., inside the Carl Lewis International Complex.

The Cougars open their season Thursday, Aug. 28, against Stephen F. Austin in the first of three matchups against in-state opponents at home. Houston hosts Texas Tech for the first time on campus since 2017 on Oct. 4 and looks for a second straight victory against TCU as part of Senior Day on Nov. 22.
Houston opens Big 12 play on Sept. 13, when it takes on Colorado for the first time in half a century. The Cougars take on Arizona for the second time as co-Big 12 members and first at home when the Wildcats come to town Oct. 18. Two years after their dramatic Hail Mary finish against West Virginia, the Cougars will once again host the Mountaineers in Houston on Nov. 1.
Lower endzone bleachers are priced at $225. New premium seating opportunities will be available to fans in West Club & Queenie's Party Patio as part of the west endzone FOC construction project. Fans interested in upgrading can make it known in their renewal to speak with their Cougar Athletic Representative. To provide added flexibility for fans, Houston Athletics is offering 5-month and 3-month payment plans for 2025-26 football and men's basketball season tickets. Payments are automatically charged each month, with the 5-month plan billed in 20% increments (April 30, May 30, June 30, July 31) and the 3-month plan on June 1 and July 1.
Fans interested in group tickets for the 2025 season are encouraged to fill out the interest form to be contacted by a representative of the sales team when pricing is available.
ABOUT the COUGARS
Houston Football returns 77 student-athletes and welcomes 30 mid-year enrollees during its second spring under Head Coach Willie Fritz. The Cougars coaching staff also features a pair of new faces courtesy of the Southeastern Conference in Offensive Coordinator Slade Nagle (LSU) and Defensive Coordinator Austin Armstrong (Florida).
Houston's 30 newcomers include 21 transfer portal additions and nine freshman early enrollees. The group includes 15 defensive players, 14 offensive players and one specialist.
Among Houston's returners, 29 appeared in 10+ games a season ago. Thirteen returners made six-or-more starts including five who started all 12 games in defensive back Latrell McCutchin Sr., defensive back A.J. Haulcy, defensive back Kentrell Webb, offensive lineman Demetrius Hunter and defensive lineman Carlos Allen Jr. (12).
