Schroeder Park gets fan experience enhancements
HOUSTON – It's Opening Week and that means Houston Baseball is set to begin competition on Friday at 6:30 p.m. vs. Minnesota which also means now is the time to read up on what is new at Don Sanders Field at Darryl and Lori Schroeder Park.
Concessions
With the new season comes new bites to munch on during nine innings of baseball. The new concessions items can be purchased at the concessions stands while snacks and drinks can be purchased at pop-up stands on the concourse. The highly coveted food trucks will be back in 2025 for premier games. Food trucks will rotate throughout the season bringing new options each opportunity.
Sound System
During the offseason, 11 new speakers were installed throughout the ballpark helping improve the overall fan experience with increased sound quality, volume levels and distribution throughout Schroeder Park.
Team Shop
A new and improved Team Shop experience is coming to the ballpark with a larger shop that will be expanded outside the original stadium gates.
Signage Improvements
Schroeder Park will get some updated signage around the stadium including section signage, schedule signage, logos, and more.
