Cougars set to close fall slate at Big 12 Individual Championships Nov. 10-12
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Tennis program collected three singles victories on the final day of the Texas A&M Fall Invitational and the Rice Invite on Sunday.
RICE INVITATIONAL
Senior Laura Slisane notched her second singles win of the weekend as she defeated Amelie Montalvo (UIW), 6-1, 6-2.
TEXAS A&M INVITATIONAL
Sophomore Sonya Kovalenko knocked off SMU's Millie Skelton, 7(3)-6, 6-2 to capture her second singles win of the weekend. Sophie Schouten added an additional singles victory for Houston as the sophomore defeated SMU's Reka Patel, 6-2, 3-6, 10-7.
