Adejokun sets new fieldhouse record at Howie Ryan Invite

Priscilla Adejokun recorded a 22.77m in the women's weight throw

Women's Weight Throw
Adejokun saved the best for last recording a new Yeoman Fieldhouse record in the women's weight throw. The 22.77 mark was a personal best for the junior who recorded a 22.09 during last week's competition.
Men's 60 Meter
Shaun Maswanganyi clocked a 6.64 in the men's 60 meter taking second place in the finals. The freshman was only one-hundredth of a second behind the first place winner while tabbing his second sub-6.70 time of the day.
Men's 800 Meter
Devin Vallejo-Bannister earned his fourth win on the season, clocking a 1:52.71 in the men's 800. The time was a personal best in the event and his third personal best this season.
Women's 3K
Freshman Erin Rivera tabbed her first collegiate win in the women's 3000. Coming from behind in the final lap of the race, Rivera chased down the leader and won swiftly with a time of 10:16.75.
Tiger Paw Invitational
DJ Akindele highlighted the Cougars' performance at the Tiger Paw Invite at Clemson. He finished with a 7.84 in the men's 60 meter hurdles for eighth place to advance to semi-finals. De'Vion Wilson joined him in the semi-finals clocking a time of 7.98 for 17th place. Tyrell Valentine was the top Cougar in the men's 400 meter finishing in ninth with a time of 46.78.
