Ed Oliver, Grant Stuard helped lift their teams to victories
HOUSTON – Former Houston Football standouts Ed Oliver and Grant Stuard helped lift their respective teams to the next round of the playoffs with contributions on Wild Card weekend.

- Member of the practice squad. Dallas fell 23-17 to San Francisco on Sunday.
- Jones appeared in two snaps in the first playoff action of his career. The Cardinals' first team playoff appearance since 2015 ended in a 34-11 loss to the Rams.
- Oliver played 34 defensive snaps and recorded two tackles to help Buffalo secure an emphatic 47-17 win over division rival New England.
- Stevenson did not appear in the Bills' 47-17 win over the Patriots.
- Stuard appeared in 20 snaps on special teams and recorded two tackles as the Buccaneers kicked off their title defense with a 31-15 win over the Eagles.
- Ward appeared in ten snaps on offense and special teams as the Eagles season ended in a 31-15 defeat at the hands of the defending champion Buccaneers.
- Wilson suffered a torn ACL in a Week 9 matchup against the Browns and was not active as the Bengals captured their first playoff win in 31 years with a 26-19 win over the Raiders.
