Cougar seniors set to be honored prior to running events
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Track & Field program will conclude its regular season inside the friendly confines of the Carl Lewis International Complex for the Tom Tellez Invitational.
Meet action is set to begin at Noon with the Senior Ceremony taking place at 5 p.m. Meet schedule, meet information and heat sheets can be found by clicking HERE.
The meet will feature student-athletes from Rice, SFA, Houston Baptist, Trinity University, Northwestern State, and Sam Houston State. The Cougars will get one final tune-up before heading to the 2021 American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships. Houston will honor its 20 seniors at the meet and former Assistant Director of the Academic Center for Excellence, Helen Gore-Laird.
HOUSTON ATTENDANCE POLICY
Limited tickets for Houston Track & Field will now be sold on a single-game, general admission basis while supplies last. Fans are encouraged to act quickly and purchase advanced single-game tickets prior to their arrival on campus due to limited availability.
All facilities and related spring sporting events will operate at 25 percent capacity of available seating throughout the remainder of the 2021 season.
Fans are encouraged to visit UHCougars.com/tickets to purchase available single-game tickets while supplies last.
