Cougars to have pass list for home contests
HOUSTON – The University of Houston Athletics Department announced attendance plans for the upcoming Cougar Softball season on Thursday.Â

Due to COVID-19 protocols outlined by Houston Athletics, attendance for the 2021 season will be pass-list only and limited to the student-athletes and coaches of the home and visiting teams. These protocols are subject to change and Houston Athletics will continue to monitor the need for adjustments to the attendance policy.

Diamond Club will be able to attend select contests during the 2021 season. More information will be available to Diamond Club members through Cougar Pride.Â

Houston's home games will be streamed live on Facebook or through ESPN+ during the 2021 season.Â

Houston opens its season on Friday when the Cougars host Lamar inside Cougar Softball Stadium. First pitch for that contest is slated for 2 p.m. CT.
