Houston alums shine in all three phases
HOUSTON – Several former Houston Football student-athletes made key contributions to their respective teams as the NFL season continued to navigate the COVID-19 situation last Thursday Night.

Matthew Adams, LB | Indianapolis Colts
- Adams appeared in 16 special team snaps and came away with a blocked punt that was recovered for a touchdown, helping the Colts to a 27-17 win over the Patriots.
- Allen was in COVID protocols during Washington's 27-17 loss Tuesday to Philadelphia.
- Bowser appeared in 52 snaps on defense and recorded two tackles and a half sack as the Ravens came up just short in a 31-30 loss to the Packers.
- Egbule did not appear in the Chargers' 34-28 overtime loss to the Chiefs.
- Jackson started at cornerback, contributing three tackles while playing 31 defensive snaps in Washington's 27-17 loss to Philadelphia on Tuesday.
- Member of the practice squad.
- Jones returned to the starting lineup after three games and played every offensive snap as the Cardinals fell 30-12 to the Lions.
- Keenum was inactive for the Browns' 16-14 loss to the Raiders.
- Oliver appeared in 44 defensive snaps and recorded two tackles and a forced fumble to help the Bills to a 31-14 win.
- Roberts appeared in 36 defensive and special teams' snaps, recording six tackles to help the Dolphins win their sixth straight with a 31-24 result against the Jets.
- Stevenson continues to serve as the punt and kick returner, hauling in three attempts for 44 yards as Buffalo rolled to a 31-14 win over Carolina.
- Stuard appeared in 22 snaps on special teams as the Buccaneers dropped a 9-0 contest to the Saints.
- Turner is currently on injured reserve and did not suit up for the Saints in Week 15.
- Ward caught a 19-yard touchdown pass, extending Philadelphia's lead over Washington in the fourth quarter Tuesday. The wideout caught two passes for 28 yards in the Eagles' 27-17 win.
- Wilson suffered a torn ACL in the Week 9 matchup against the Browns and will miss the remainder of the season.
