Houston Athletics Introduces Phi Slama Jama Product Line

Nostalgic line unveiled at halftime of Sunday’s game vs. SMU inside the Fertitta Center
HOUSTON – University of Houston Athletics proudly introduced the Phi Slama Jama product line at halftime of Sunday's Men's Basketball game vs. American Athletic Conference rival SMU inside the Fertitta Center.
Fans can choose from a wide variety of apparel – including T-shirts, polos, pullovers, jackets, hats and shirts –
from various retailers and licensees, including Nike, Fanatics, Jordan Brand, Nineteen Nine, New Era, Original Retro Brand and Homage.
To purchase products from this nostalgic line, fans can visit the UH Team Shop inside the Fertitta Center or the University of Houston Bookstore in person or visit online at UHTeamShop.com. Products will be available at Academy Sports and Outdoors and other retailers in the greater Houston area beginning Feb. 4
From 1981 to 1984, Phi Slama Jama electrified the college basketball world. Under the leadership of Head Coach Guy V. Lewis and with future NBA stars Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler, the Cougars posted two National Championship appearances, three NCAA Final Four berths, four Southwest Conference Championships and Top 10 final rankings.
