Stevenson Named to Hornung Award Watch List

Senior named to watch list for second straight year
HOUSTON – University of Houston football senior receiver Marquez Stevenson was selected to the 2020 Paul Hornung Award Watch List presented by Texas Roadhouse, the Louisville Sports Commission announced on Thursday.
The Paul Hornung Award, entering in its 11th season, is given annually to the most versatile player in college football. The honor marks the second straight season Stevenson was selected to the Hornung Award Watch List.
The 2020 Watch List is comprised of 47 players - 16 seniors, 22 juniors, eight sophomores and one grad transfer who play a total of eight different positions. They represent 47 universities and one independent school in 27 states coast-to-coast across the 10 conferences that are part of the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision.

Players will be added to the Watch List throughout the 2020 regular season based on performance.
Stevenson was also named to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List last Thursday.
