We want you to know that your health, safety and well-being is of the utmost importance to us during these unprecedented times, just like it is for our student-athletes, staff and our university. We fully realize all the uncertainty around us can create many unusual and unforeseen questions, challenges and concerns.
Given these circumstances and unknowns along with knowing we're in the midst of our traditional football season ticket renewal period, we want to help in providing some assistance and relief when it comes to your short-term and long-term planning.
Due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the UH Athletics Ticket Offices will now offer an adjusted renewal plan and option to better accommodate our tremendous fans and supporters during this time.

Q: What is the timeline to renew my Football Season Tickets and Cougar Pride Membership?
A: Due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, Houston Athletics is now offering an adjusted Football Season Ticket and Cougar Pride Membership renewal plan as an option to better accommodate our tremendous fans and supporters during this time.
Houston Football Season Ticket Holders will now have until Aug. 1 to renew their season tickets and Cougar Pride Membership for benefits tied to the 2020 Football season. Please visit www.uhcougars.com/renew or call 713.GO.COOGS (713.462.6647).
Q: What are my payments options to renew my season tickets and/or Cougar Pride Membership?
A: Football Season Ticket holders and/or Cougar Pride Members may pay in full or set up a payment plan that works best for you. Please contact the Houston Athletics Ticket Office at 713.GO.COOGS (713.462.6647) or tickets@central.uh.edu or Cougar Pride at 713-74-GoUH (4684) or cougarpride@uh.edu to make arrangements for a payment plan as soon as possible.
Q: Can I upgrade my seats for the upcoming season?
A: Yes, the 3D-seat upgrade process is scheduled to start the week of June 1 for season ticket holders who have renewed or have set up a payment plan for the upcoming season. Your seat improvement selection time will be based on your Cougar Pride priority points.
Q: If the football season is canceled or games not played, will I be refunded?
A: Yes if the season is canceled or scheduled games are not played, you will be refunded or you can apply amount paid towards future season or donate to Cougar Pride.
