HOUSTON Ã¢â‚¬" Houston Baseball will embark on four games away from the city of Houston this week when it begins its road trip on Tuesday in Austin against the University of Texas Longhorns. First pitch is slated for 6:30 p.m. on the Longhorn Network.

HOUSTON HITS

Houston enters the week with a 25-15 overall record and a 10-5 mark in the American Athletic Conference.
The Cougars are coming off a 4-1 week, which was highlighted and capped by a weekend series sweep of No. 24 Wichita State at Schroeder Park.
Houston improved its home record to 21-4 with the series sweep and has won seven straight at Schroeder Park.
On the road, Houston is 4-8 and will embark on four games this week away from home.
As a team, the Cougars are hitting .255 with 69 doubles, five triples and 14 home runs to accompany 169 RBI.
Leading the way offensively is sophomore Jared Triolo with a .364 average, a team-leading 59 hits, while swiping 11 bases.
Senior Connor Hollis paces the team in runs scored with 35 and junior Joe Davis and senior Cooper Coldiron each lead the way with 27 RBI.
Hollis and Tyler Bielamowicz enter the week having reached base in 13 straight games, while Grayson Padgett has reached in 10 straight.
The pitching staff owns a 3.22 ERA and has 353 strikeouts and 132 walks through 360.2 innings.
The Cougars managed to hold a .300-hitting Wichita State offense to a mere a .198 clip last weekend.

Zach Zubia follows with a .306 average, 44 hits and 33 RBI.
