Robinson, who was named the National Defensive Player of the Week by the Walter Camp Football Foundation on Sunday, shared The American's Co-Defensive Player of the Week honors with UCF's Nate Evans while King received sole possession of Offensive Player of the Week honors.
Robinson posted a career-high 21 tackles, including 4.5 tackles for loss and two sacks, both career bests. The 21 tackles are tied for the eighth-best single-game effort in Houston history and the most since Trevon Stewart had 21 at ECU in 2012.
The 21 also rank second in The American Athletic Conference's history, behind the 24 of Temple's Tyler Matakevich vs. Idaho in 2013, while the 4.5 tackles for loss rank fifth in single-game history in The American.
After Saturday's effort, Robinson now has 75 tackles on the year, which leads The American, and 8.5 tackles for loss with four sacks, both of which rank sixth in the league.
King threw for 413 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for a team-best 56 yards and one score in Houston's 49-36 win at Navy. The 400-yard effort was King's second of the season as he spread his touchdowns out to three different receivers while helping three different receivers each eclipse the 100-yard mark, the first time since 2008 Houston had three different 100-yard receivers in a game.
After seven games, no other player in the nation has been responsible for more points than King. The junior leads the nation with 194 points responsible for, ranking fifth nationally with 23 passing touchdowns and eighth nationally with nine rushing touchdowns.
Monday's honors gives Houston five weekly honors in The American this season as King earned an honor for the second time this season after doing so on Sept. 10 following Houston's win over Arizona. Defensive tackle Ed Oliver also has two weekly honors, Sept. 3 after the UH win over Rice and Oct. 15, after Houston's win at ECU.
