Sept. 23 Texas Tech Game to Air on ABC/ESPN2

HOUSTON -- Houston's Sept. 23 game vs. Texas Tech, the Cougars' second home game of the 2017 season, will air on ABC/ESPN2, the network and The American Athletic Conference announced Saturday night. The game will be a reverse mirror with portions of the nation receiving the game on ABC and the others on ESPN2. Florida State and North Carolina State will be the second game of the reverse mirror.
The game had previously been set for an 11 a.m. kickoff on Monday.

The game will also air on KPRC 950 AM with the pregame show hosted by Matt "Soccer" Thomas kicking off at 10 a.m.
Houston opened its 2017 home schedule with a 38-3 win over Rice in the Bayou Bucket Game.
For remaining weekend games, kickoff times will be set by conference TV partners within 12 days prior to the contest, or in limited instances, six days out. Houston fans can check UHCougars.com every Monday for updated game times.
