Weather Forces Cage Rage Cancellation

HOUSTON â€" Due to the strengthening of Tropical Storm Harvey in the Gulf of Mexico, Friday night's Cage Rage presented by Bud Light at TDECU Stadium has been cancelled.
The corresponding Cougar Pride event slated to take place in the TDECU Stadium club has also been cancelled.

Houston opens the season next Saturday, Sept. 2, when it faces UTSA in the Alamodome in San Antonio. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m. and will air on the STADIUM network with CW39 Newsfix carrying the game in the Houston market.
Fans not traveling to San Antonio can join fellow UH fans at official #HTownTakeover watch parties, a full list of which can be found here.
